General Return Policy
At The Nairobi Apple Store, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in brand new condition with original packaging intact.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
